If you need a different size or color, please place a new order separately and return the original item for a refund.

• You can return items within 15 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached.
• Exchanges and returns for defective or incorrect items are free of charge.
• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear and personalized items.
• Please note that customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable.

How to Initiate
an Exchange or Return

1. Request a Return
Contact our customer service team at [email protected] and provide your order number.

2. Return the Item
Pack the item securely and drop it off at your nearest shipping center.

3. Get Your Refund
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive your return.
